The Rickmans met while working for a residential home builder in 2007 and have been married since 2009, currently residing in College Grove, TN with their two daughters. Brandon and Courtney Rickman have been entrenched in the residential home building industry for a combined 40+ years. In their 15 years of marriage, Brandon and Courtney have personally built 5 residential homes together, 4 of which have been custom homes, ranging from 4,000 square feet to 8,100 square feet in the desirable neighborhood, The Grove in College Grove, TN.

In Brandon’s 25+ years in the home building industry, he has built approximately 1500 homes in Middle Tennessee. Brandon has served on the board of the Home Builder’s Association of Middle Tennessee since 2019 and was proudly elected President of the Home Builder’s Association of Middle Tennessee in 2023.
